Introduction

This programme has been developed so it can be delivered directly after the Unit 1 - Door Supervision or Security Guarding Basic Job Training or as a standalone course. All programmes meet SIA and NOCN requirements.

Who Should Attend?

This programme is appropriate to people who require a qualification in order to apply for an SIA licence OR anyone who deals with the general public.

Course Content

The course contains eight modules, covering the following topics:

Self Awareness
Customer Care
Communication
Reducing Conflict
High Risk Conflict
Problem Solving
Learning from Conflict

Training Materials

These consist of structured lessons, student handouts, scenarios, PowerPoint presentations & Films which ensures that the training being delivered is accurate and in line with SIA guidelines or your workplace.

Course Outcomes

On completion of this course, candidates will have achieved the required level of knowledge and understanding in the areas listed in the modules above.

Skills for Security/NOCN/SIA approved course.

This course can be arranged to suit individual companies. A minimum of 5 (five) candidates are required to be registered.

Anyone wanting to work in the Security Industry who requires the Unit 2 module.

Basic Course Details.

Course will be run over 1 day at our Training Centre located on Crewe Business Park.

Average learning day from 0800 to 1800.

This is a required unit to enable you to get yourself licensed to work within the security industry.

Limited spaces available.

Small groups makes for an ideal learning environment.

1 day SIA Unit 2 (Communication & Conflict Management) with 1 hour exam.

which includes - Registration, All Student Notes, Examination Fees, Certificates. Light refreshments, tea, coffee etc., provided.
